Questions were asked in the House by Stuart Anderson (MP for Wolverhampton South West) whether the Secretary of State will bring forward legislative proposals to strengthen police powers to tackle unauthorised encampments.
Kit Malthouse MP (North West Hampshire) replied: “It is our firm aim to bring forward legislation this session.”
