The NCC has published detailed guidance, COVID-19 Reopening of Caravan Parks, to assist member parks in their preparations for opening.  It is designed to sit under the over-arching Government guidelines.

The NCC document includes an action plan, risk assessments, owner and employee responsibilities, and how to review safe working procedures.  It also covers good communication (for both staff and guests/owners), cleaning and disinfecting protocols, procedures for arrivals and checking-in/out.
