CAMRA research shows Brits think pints are unaffordable

More than half (52%) of respondents in a YouGov survey said the cost of a pint of beer is now unaffordable, in research commissioned by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).  This percentage has increased since 2019, when 42% thought pints unaffordable.

Pubs and bars are struggling with rising prices, with inflation in the food sector topping 11%, according to the latest CGA Prestige Foodservice Index.
